Product Overview
The KATARAY TM by DEFyANCE WATERCRAFT TM enables four people to enjoy cruising, fishing, or sunbathing on lakes and private ponds, especially in waters regulated with power restrictions. It’s sleek, high quality, hand laid fiberglass hull provides not only a durable structure, but built in cargo space for dry storage as well as a compartment that doubles as a cooler for the user’s favorite refreshments. Propelled by twin electric motors and operated by a single joystick, both the pilot and passenger can cruise in comfort in the fully adjustable seats. While at rest, the seats can be fully reclined to create a large, plush sundeck for enjoying either the sun or the stars. Appealing lines, durable construction, and the 600- pound useful load make it the finest electric watercraft in its class. These attributes, the versatility, and numerous options will assure the owner/operator a perception of prestige while cruizing past the competition.

Stage of Development
The KATARAY TM is currently in the preliminary design stage. Initial
design release is scheduled for March 2008. Concurrent engineering and
prototyping will aid in the completion a fully functional prototype by May 2008.
Design modifications will be based on testing and final design release is
scheduled for August 2008. Testing will be completed in early June 2008 allowing
the hull shape to be finalized by the end of June 2008. Fabrication of production
molds will then start and are scheduled to be completed by July 2008.
Limited production is scheduled to start the secomd half of 2008.
